Every year, in the month of June. All student in different levels are getting busy and excited to start their classes. They are also excited who to hang out with and of course, meeting new classmates and teachers.

 As we get close to other people we sometime become more conscious to everything. So check my 10 tidbits of advice on what to during this season.

 1. The night before, prepare your things in your bag. 

 2. Sleep early so that you can wake-up early.

 3. Do not skip your breakfast. 

 4. Take a bath and brush your teeth everyday.

 5. Do not forget to use mouth wash like Swish every day.

 6. Make sure your uniforms, socks and shoes are clean.

 7. Go to School early.

 8. Don't forget to follow the school rules.

 9. Attend all your class.

 10. Be friendly with your new classmates (don't be a bully).

The month of May is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month. The Department of Health, Global Pharmaceutical company MSD, together with Medical Societies around the country are all set for the 7th Year of the Cervical Cancer Month celebration.

 In the pass years they stablish policies and programs such as national guidelines for cervical cancer prevention and control.

 Over 12 Filipino women had die every day from cervical cancer. Also data shows that there are 250,00 deaths worldwide every day. 

 Let us understand more about the Cevical Cancer.

 It was said that the cause by the Human Papillloma Virus or HPV which is the most common sexualuty tranmitted for both men and omen infected. HPV is very transmissible and may lead also a cancer of the vulva, vagina, anus, and head and neck cancers including genital warts.

 HVP can be prevented by maintaning a healthy lifesytle and regular check-up for cervical cancer screening. You can also be protected by vaccination against HPV related diseases and cervical cancer. 

 So, ladies... visit the nearest retained hospital in your place!

If you happen to experienced some loud, attention-grabbing alarm in public restrooms, then you are experiencing the Safeguard Germ Alarm. It is a soap dispenser and alarm in one made by Safeguard to discuss some issue of germs in public restroom. It will trigger once a person leaves a toilet cubicle and will disarmed once the soap dispenser has been pressed.

 It was first introduced last October of 2013 during the Global Handwashing Day, as Safeguard creates soap alarm to encourage hand washing. In a study in Michigan State University, researchers found that only 5% of people who used the toilet washed their hands while 33%  did not use soap and 10% are those who did not wash their hands.

 It is recommended that everyone should wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, so that it can kill most of the germs. Learning proper hygiene and installing of hand washing among kids from an early age is very important. It can protect themselves from germs when in school, or in other places.

I was giving a change once again to review some beauty products. This time a Lip Balm and Eye Cream from Celeteque DermoScience. This is my first time to used their products and I'm pretty excited to try. Why? Because I think, I need it specially the Lip Balm for it was so cold  here in Baguio. I was experiencing chopped and dry lips these days.

 At first, I was hesitant but it's because it contains UVA/UVB filters which prevents UV radiation from damaging and rapidly aging my lip area. It has moisturizing oil that keeps my lips healthy, I can feel it even though I just used it for a couple of days. By the way, it also has Mulberry extract that helps brighten and lighten discolored lips.

While the eye tuck plus dark circles lightener with eyesery is effectively counters the formation of loose skin around the eyes which helps improved skin elasticity. I just used it for few days also and it was says that you can lightens the skin around the eyes and will give you a stress free look in just 4 weeks. So will see when I get to my 4th weeks.
