Healthy Food And Exercises At The Yummy Diet Fitness Party

Working full-time and being an active mom to my kid was very tough. However, managing your time from busy schedules makes everything properly done. Stress is one of the biggest problems that we always encounter but having stress is not a hindrance to stop having a healthy lifestyle.

Last March 20, 2015, I manage to attend a Fitness Party where I really enjoyed the Zumba and yoga session. Yummy Diet host a successful event by gathering people who love to learn and have a healthy diet and lifestyle.

It was an advantage for me as a blogger to be part of this event, and I would say that I really appreciate the exercises, booths, freebies and of course the goody bags coming from Gold Press Juicing Co. and Yummy Diet's food that they prepared for us.

Bloggers and wellness enthusiast enjoying the Zumba session and dance the beat of music. Take note that the Zumba has not only a single set, but we had a two sets of it. It will be more sweat to give in while having a relaxing, smooth and slow drill during the Yoga session.

As I mention a while ago, the food that Yummy Diet prepared was really good not only good but healthy. They served us the following with the corresponding number of calories;

Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella: 118 Calories/piece
Yummy Diet Kitchen’s Homemade Cheese Pimiento on Whole Wheat Crackers: 45.5 Calories/piece
Baked Coconut Shrimp w/ Orange Dipping Sauce: 76 Calories/2 Shrimps
Tuna-Stuffed Sweet Peppers: 40 Calories/piece
Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap: 153 Calories/piece
Yummy Diet Kitchen’s Signature Egg Muffin: 133 Calories/piece

For the GoldPress Juicing Co. drink they served that day the following:

Green Machine: Celery, Cucumber, Pineapple, Apple, Spinach
Green Glean: Cucumber, Pineapple, Romaine Lettuce, Spinach, Apple
Real Red: Carrot, Red Beet, Lemon, Grapes, Cucumber, Mint
Ruby Red: Red Beet, Apple, Watermelon
Red Ahead: Carrot, Turnip, Pineapple, Romaine Lettuce, Apple, Orange, Red Beet

The Baked Coconut Shrimp with orange dipping sauce and their signature muffin is so loved while the Orange Gilt II was in the top of my favorites when it comes to drinks.
